📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 Working Days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 Working Days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to courier delays.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

❌ Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel because:

  • Incorrect address
  • Invalid phone number
  • Customer unavailable

the order may be returned or cancelled.

🚫 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on selected promotions.
  • Otherwise, shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
